SHIPMENT
All orders are carried out in accordance with the information on the given products, counting from the time of finalizing the payment.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
All goods purchased in the online store www.roseavenue.pl, except for those made on an individual order , are subject to exchange or return within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Returns after this deadline will not be accepted, and there is no way to exchange or refund the voucher. Please do not write individual requests and inquiries for returns after the deadline. The cost of replacing or returning the goods, will be charged to the Buyer.
Please do not send returns via the Polish Postal Service. Returns sent by this route will not be received.
Dresses returned without a safety clip will not be recognized (this does not apply to Multiway dresses, for which the clip is not included).

– Security clip (not applicable to Multiway dresses)
– no signs of use, dirt from make-up and stains
